Farhad is a long-time resident of North Vancouver and has lived on the North Shore since 1988. He is a Professional Engineer specializing in commercial building control systems, and a part-time instructor at BCIT School of Construction and Environment.

His past experience with residential real estate comes from assisting his Father-in-Law with managing rental properties and helping him with residential sales for over 10 years, as well as being a residential property home owner-builder in the City of North Vancouver.

Although his father-in-law has retired from real estate, Farhad has picked up his real-estate trading license and wished to honor his father-in-law's legacy by being an honest, trustworthy, and professional real estate agent like he was.
